Plaintiff Class Action Employment AttorneyWe are partnered with a growing, plaintiff-side employment law firm seeking a Class Action Employment Attorney to join its fully remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with at least two years of employment litigation experience who is passionate about advocating for employees in complex wage and hour and PAGA matters. The firm is open to attorneys from either the plaintiff or defense side who are looking to build or continue a career in plaintiff-side class action litigation.Key responsibilities include:Handling class action and representative employment litigation involving wage & hour, PAGA, and Labor Code claims.Managing cases through all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.Representing employees in complex class and representative actions involving unpaid wages, meal and rest break violations, misclassification, and other employment-related claims.Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents.Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop litigation strategy and achieve successful client outcomes.Maintaining consistent client communication while effectively managing a remote caseload.Qualifications include:J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.Active membership in the California Bar.2+ years of employment litigation experience, including wage & hour, PAGA, class actions, or related litigation.Plaintiff or defense employment litigation experience will be considered.Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and motion practice skills.Ability to independently manage litigation matters while working collaboratively in a remote environment.Benefits include:Competitive compensation based on experience.Performance-based bonus opportunities.Comprehensive benefits package.Fully remote work environment.Strong work-life balance.Collaborative, team-oriented culture.Full administrative and litigation support staff. gpac
