We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team at Snap Inc! What you’ll do Hire top machine learning talent who will play a key role in building and shaping key features that millions of Snapchatters use every day Provide full life cycle, high-touch recruiting support for our machine learning teams Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners Source, evaluate, network with, and hire top tier talent Apply data and hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions Act as a brand ambassador of Snap Inc. and maintain excellent candidate experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Skilled at building effective and high-performing ML teams Ability to be customer-focused and to provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers Strong data tracking and evaluation skills & ability to drive process change through data analysis Proven ability to hire for hard-to-fill roles Subject‑matter expertise in machine learning and deep learning recruitment & the ML industry Strong organization and prioritization skills Strong offer negotiation and closing skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced often ambiguous environment Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience 5+ years of technical recruiting experience 2+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting machine learning engineers Preferred Qualifications Experience working in both small and large tech companies Experience recruiting for an array of technical roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent Experience developing recruiting strategy and interview process alongside business leaders Default Together Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $126,000-$189,000 annually. Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$179,000 annually. Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.
