Job Description

This is a remote position. Job Role: We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and easily understandable content for our no-code SAAS product. You will play a vital role in ensuring our non-technical customers can effectively use our product and understand its features. Project Role: Technical Writer Work Experience: 3+ years Work location: Remote Must Have Skills: UX Writing, Technical Writing Roles and Responsibilities: Develop high-quality content for our SAAS based software, ensuring it is concise, clear, and easy to understand for a non-technical audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and customer support, to gather information and understand the features and functionalities of our product. Write user-friendly content, such as tooltips, how-to-guides, tutorials, FAQs, and troubleshooting articles, to help users navigate our platform and resolve common issues. Translate complex technical concepts into simple language that is accessible to non-technical users. Regularly update and maintain existing content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with the latest product updates. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and intuitive designs, screenshots, and visuals to enhance the understanding of the content. Continuously improve content quality by gathering user feedback, analyzing user behavior and making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Apply UX writing principles to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience across all content touch points. Profile: Profile Proven experience as a technical writer or content writer, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms. Experience in UX writing, creating user-centered content that guides users through interfaces. Experience in creating content for a non-technical audience is highly desirable. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix etc would benefit.
