Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. Be a part of a team that offers customers more of what they love, for less. What you'll do Prepare fresh food items daily following recipes and prepare rotisserie chicken. Wrap, label, and store merchandise, ensuring freshness. Juggle multiple tasks and help members with bakery orders. Maintain high‑quality products in the prepared foods area. Keep shelves clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food. Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food. Maintain the sales floor in accordance with company policies, handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources. Plan future productions, seasonality and adhere to food safety, sanitation, cold‑chain compliance and inventory management. Operate, maintain and sanitize equipment. Leverage digital tools for sales, training and product quality. Drive performance, manage merchandise, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and guide peers. Provide customer assistance according to company policies. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is required. Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Preferred, but not required, Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage range: $19.00 – $27.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
