Inventory/Teardown Technician

1st Shift 7:00am to 3:30pm $23/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves. Read work orders or follow verbal instructions.
• Identify, inspect, and track incoming and outgoing parts for quality, quantity, and accuracy.
• Load materials and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
• Clean, organize, remove packing dunnage, and keep work area clean.
• Must be an automotive technician/mechanic with a high level of urgency, motivation, and enthusiasm to learn.
• Set up parts for engineering review on tables by commodity/system, put away parts review are completed.

Education and Experience (required):

• Minimum 1 - 2 years Inventory experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of automotive experience, specifically disassembly/tear down.
• Must have strong computer experience and tech savvy.
• Must have own tools with rolling toolbox.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must have good attention to detail.
• Effective verbal communication skills, will be working with customers.
• Must possess the skills to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures.
• Must have reliable attendance.
• Valid Driver's license.
