A-Z Lending is expanding and is looking for a motivated, local Mortgage Loan Originator who is ready to grow their career in the industry. This is a great opportunity for someone newer to lending who wants hands‑on support, real training, and a clear path to long‑term success. You’ll work directly with our leadership and operations team to build your pipeline, learn the business, and establish yourself in your local market. What You’ll Do As a Loan Originator Build your pipeline by connecting with local buyers, real estate agents, and your personal network Learn how to guide borrowers through the loan process from application to closing Collect and submit loan applications and required documentation accurately Communicate clearly with clients so they feel confident throughout the process Work closely with processing, underwriting, and leadership for smooth closings Stay compliant with all federal and state mortgage regulations (we will help train you) Represent A-Z Lending in your local community and begin building your personal brand What We’re Looking For Active NMLS license (We can help!) Local to the market with a strong desire to grow relationships in the community Strong work ethic and willingness to learn — no prior production required Positive attitude and coachable mindset Good communication skills and comfort working with people Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Interest in building a long‑term career in mortgage lending Why A-Z Lending?
