This role covers Eastern Minnesota/Western Wisconsin and must be comfortable traveling between offices in the territory. Prior leadership/management responsibility Experience managing a sales quota for an assigned territory A strong ability to train and mentor sales reps Willingness to travel between offices and to sites most days Valid driver’s license Strongly Preferred: Physical security systems sales experience (alarm, fire, access control, etc.) Could possibly work: A rockstar sales rep from the industry looking to move into management Salary is competitive for the area, with uncapped commission recently revamped.
