They are seeking a customer focused, friendly and enthusiastic leader to join their high volume South Shore Plaza location in Braintree. If you have retail management or hospitality experience, strong leadership skills and the desire to provide the best service for clients while maintaining high store standards, please apply. Apparel experience preferred but NOT necessary. Location Braintree, MA Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus They offer a competitive salary with bonus opportunities and benefits including health, dental, 401k with match, LT and ST disability, vacation time, clothing allowance and more! Base compensation is between $65,000 - $70,000 plus bonus opportunity of an additional $4k annually and clothing allowance. Responsibilities Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals of the store. Responsible for meeting and exceeding personal sales goals. Create memorable customer service to foster customer relationships. Recruitment, training and development of sales associates. Responsible for total store operation in general manager’s absence. Responsible for merchandising and non-merchandising operations of the store. Responsible for meeting shrinkage goals. Duties Oversee the sales associate team and assist in achieving their sales goals. Ensure all customers’ needs are met through probing, filling and adding on to needs. Review weekly store meeting notes for product knowledge amongst sales associate team. Recruitment, Training and Development of Sales Associates Actively recruit sales associates to present to general manager and CEO. Train sales associates in all aspects of selling skills, merchandise, tailoring, and POS operations. Review performance regularly. Total Store Operation in General Manager’s Absence Oversee the sales associate team. Provide memorable customer service. Assure that wedding parties are executed properly from inquiry to delivery.
