Base compensation is between $65,000 - $70,000 plus bonus opportunity of an additional $4k annually and clothing allowance. Responsibilities Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals of the store. Responsible for meeting and exceeding personal sales goals. Create memorable customer service to foster customer relationships. Recruitment, training and development of sales associates. Responsible for total store operation in general manager’s absence. Responsible for merchandising and non-merchandising operations of the store. Responsible for meeting shrinkage goals. Duties Oversee the sales associate team and assist in achieving their sales goals. Ensure all customers’ needs are met through probing, filling and adding on to needs. Review weekly store meeting notes for product knowledge amongst sales associate team. Recruitment, Training and Development of Sales Associates Actively recruit sales associates to present to general manager and CEO. Train sales associates in all aspects of selling skills, merchandise, tailoring, and POS operations. Review performance regularly. Total Store Operation in General Manager’s Absence Oversee the sales associate team. Provide memorable customer service. Assure that wedding parties are executed properly from inquiry to delivery.
