Experience in working with consumers who have substance abuse diagnosis behavior, and medication management, conducting assessments and staff performance evaluations, HIPPA and records management for consumers and staff, Development and implementation of programming, excellent oral and written communication skills, supervisory and training techniques, data collection methods, documentation skills, development of staff and consumer schedules. Effective interpersonal skills and familiarity with regulations of DBHDS, Offices of Human Rights, OSHA, insurance, billing, Department of Labor, and referring agencies. Ability to monitor service delivery and documentation. Work with a challenging population with varying mental health disorders and LMHP/LMHP-E/CSAC/LSATs under stressful situations at times. Experience with staff evaluations and exercising good decision-making skills. Ability to respond to emergencies and crises. Familiar with assessment tools and performing assessments.
