About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the transformation of its marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a global go-to-market strategy, with a focus on driving the next phase of expansion. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling high-growth B2B SaaS, DevOps, or technical software environments and a deep understanding of building category leadership that directly contributes to pipeline and enterprise revenue growth. The CMO will be tasked with architecting a scaling engine, influencing cross-functional teams, and shaping a category-defining narrative. They must be adept at demand generation, product marketing, and brand leadership, and have the technical skills to manage advanced marketing technologies and AI-enabled tools. To succeed in this role, candidates must have at least 10 years of progressive marketing experience in relevant technical ecosystems, including executive management roles. A masterful understanding of enterprise pipeline mechanics, account-based marketing, and sales-marketing conversion funnels is essential. The ideal CMO will be a strategic visionary, a data-fluent communicator, and an adaptable scale driver with a growth and mentorship mindset. They should be adept at managing large budgets, projecting customer lifetime value, and minimizing customer acquisition costs. The role requires a leader who can build and mentor a high-performing global marketing team, and who is committed to fostering a culture of metric accountability, AI-enabled productivity, and operational continuous improvement.
