We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. No previous sales experience is required — just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic. Responsibilities Reach out to potential clients via in-person meetings Learn and understand our products/services to effectively communicate value Assist in managing leads and follow-ups through CRM tools Support the sales team in building and maintaining client relationships Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity goals and sales targets Attend sales training and team meetings to enhance knowledge and skills Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors. (preferred) Majors in business, sales, marketing, communications or related fields preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be authorized to work in the United States Recommended to have experience in one of the following categories: Sales (ie, could include server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling) Customer service Leadership – Military and/or college or professional athletics participation will be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience Bi-lingual candidates are a plus!
