Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or mill environment is a plus. Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Team player with strong communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime. Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.
