You'll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and hardware teams to create tools that accelerate innovation in advanced hardware development. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high degree of ownership, technical excellence, and curiosity—balancing fast execution with thoughtful engineering.Responsibilities:Design and develop end-to-end features across the full stack using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and PostgresArchitect and optimize backend data models, APIs, and services for performance, reliability, and maintainabilityBuild and refine user interfaces that make complex hardware manufacturing workflows simple and intuitiveContribute to excellence in operations including maintaining and improving our CI pipeline and independently supporting an on-call shiftImplement and maintain a strong automated testing culture with comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end coverageLead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across the Boltline platformPartner with product and hardware teams to translate user needs into scalable, elegant software solutionsContribute to operational excellence by improving CI/CD pipelines, observability, and on-call reliabilityMentor and guide mid- through internship-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design collaborationRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field / experience5+ years of professional software development experience building production web applicationsDeep expertise in full stack TypeScriptProficiency with some combination of React, GraphQL, Typescript and Postgres.Experience designing and maintaining backend services (Node.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks)Strong understanding of software testing principles and experience with modern testing frameworksProven ability to own features from concept through deployment and iterationPrior on-call/incident response participationExcellent collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teamsComfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on delivering impactSkills: react js, typescript, full stack, architecture, grapghQL, postgres, Node.js, Next.js, testing, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Hithub, CircleCI, features, web, production, aerospace, space, APITop Skills Details: react js, typescript, full stack, architecture, grapghQLAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with Next.js, Apollo (Client/Server), Hasura or similar.
