This position reports to Team Leader.

Are you interested in the development of applications based on generative AI and LLM technologies?

We are expanding the team that specializes in this type of solution, and right now you have the opportunity to become its leader.

If the world of genAI interests you, you follow current trends and have experience with at least some of the technologies or procedures listed below, we would love to talk to you about a possible collaboration.

Our base is in Ostrava and Plzen, but we leave the place of work performance up to you—home office is a given. We also appreciate it when you meet us in person 2–3 days a week in the office.

Job responsibilities:

• Leading the team of genAI application developers
• Processing incoming opportunities, prioritization, resource allocation, planning
• Designing architecture and developing advanced AI solutions—creating applications based on language models (LLM) and generative AI, involvement in the design of architectures for systems using concepts like RAG or LLMOps.
• Developing robust backend solutions in Python—using technologies and libraries for developing APIs, data transformations, and interactive tools, testing, ensuring security and performance of the code.
• DevOps and cloud integration—containerization, deployment in Azure environment, setting up CI/CD pipeline, version control and deployment of AI models and agents.
• Data and API designs—working with relational and NoSQL databases, integrating with REST services with an emphasis on security, performance, and scalability.

Who we are looking for:

• Higher or secondary education in the field of IT, software engineering, or a related technical direction; interest in generative AI (GenAI), language models (LLM) and related technologies.
• Experience in team leadership
• Good knowledge of Python and commonly used libraries (e.g., FastAPI, Streamlit, Pandas)
• Overview in modern FE frameworks
• Experience in software application development—collaboration on design, implementation, testing, and deployment; basic orientation in design patterns and application lifecycle.
• Practical experience with containers (e.g., Docker) and cloud (advantageous experience with Azure); basic knowledge of project management and versioning.
• Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB), ability to work with queries; orientation in API design and documentation (REST); awareness of application security principles.
• Basic experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel); willingness to learn GenAI processes (RAG, prompt engineering, Microsoft Foundry).
• English at a communicative level (customer communication, team communication, reading documentation); eagerness to learn new things, proactive approach, ability to work in a team.

And what are the applications we will be developing? From chatbots that are everywhere today, through summarization and extraction tools, to assistants that will enable automating tasks that could not be automated before. All of this primarily in the field of industrial automation, where our company has been operating for a long time.
