Number of deliveries: Avg # of deliveries per year: 1,650
Specific requirements/restrictions: Beeper call response time required: 30 minutes; All skills required except for: Level II/Targeted/(anatomic) OB Ultrasounds-Performance of, interpretation; Amniocentesis; Laser certification; ****Clean History and Malpractice required ****; Active Washington State license or IMLC required; ACLS; BLS; NRP and Fetal Heart Monitoring
