Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join our primary care team in Braintree, MA. You will independently manage a full primary care panel within a value-based care environment. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you’ll work in a collaborative, ambulatory setting with RNs, pharmacists and behavioral health, delivering longitudinal, relationship-based care and care coordination. #J-18808-Ljbffr Optum
