Nonprofit Development Director: Donor and Campaign Leader

What your future day will look like: Plan and run all fundraising efforts, including donor development, organizing events and campaigns, and donor retention Strategizing and implementing major gifts, annual giving, sponsorships, and more Make connections that result in long-term relationships Benefits offered: 401K PTO Health Reimbursement contribution Type: Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, or related field preferred. Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered. Minimum of 5 years of progressive nonprofit fundraising or advancement experience required, including direct responsibility for donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and annual fundraising strategy. Experience using a donor database/CRM to manage donor portfolios, track donor activity, segment appeals, monitor retention/reactivation, and generate fundraising reports required.
