Supervise and support bakery staff, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and performance. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste through effective inventory management. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and leadership. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a bakery or food service environment. Working knowledge of bakery operations, including baking techniques and equipment. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Working knowledge of inventory management principles. Valid Driver's License.
