Responsibilities Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy, and medication. Supervise breathing treatments and oversee patient care. Lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans. Target and resolve patient concerns through evidence‑based interventions. Build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate patient victories along the recovery journey. Qualifications Current State License in Respiratory Therapy. CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred. Two years of hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
