Education & Qualifications Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree required. Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice audiology in the state of Missouri. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. A commitment to evidence‑based care, patient advocacy, and continuous professional development. Prior experience in an ENT or medical setting is a plus but not required. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive audiological assessments , including hearing and balance diagnostics. Collaborate with ENT physicians to evaluate and manage complex auditory and vestibular cases. Deliver best‑practice hearing aid fittings, real‑ear verification, and ongoing patient follow‑up. Provide compassionate counseling to patients and families on hearing loss, device options, and rehabilitation strategies. Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and ensure accurate, timely documentation. Engage in practice development, patient education, and community outreach initiatives.
