Active Illinois Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. New graduates are not considered. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience with AI scribe documentation preferred. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist. PTAs not accepted. Location: Lincolnshire, IL (Outpatient setting). Shift Hours: AM 8. Schedule options include 5x8 and 4x10; mix of morning and evening shifts supported. 13-week assignment.
