Fundraiser

Duties/Responsibilities: Greets and interacts with patients and customers. Maintain high standards and follow all Company SOPS. Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to products. Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs. Answers customer’s questions about products and offers a positive and welcoming experience. Accurately complete preparatory work, inventory processes, transfers and sales. Regular and thorough cleaning of equipment and general work areas. Remain well educated on all products and methods of use and assists customers with purchase decisions. Assist in receiving, inventory management and stocking. Complete proper documentation and tracking of all activities necessary to be in accordance with all Company, State and local requirements. Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations. Collects payment using the store point of sale system. Follow all MED rules and regulations and accurate data entry into METRC system. Social media Cash counting Special events Rate of Pay $15.16 to $17per hour Paid Sick and Vacation time Benefit Package - Health, Dental and Vision Insurance. Short Term and Long Term Dissability and Life Insurance avaiable. Position Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent active listening skills. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold. Ability to follow directions Ability to maintain a positive attitude, take feedback and learn new tasks. Ability to anticipate customers’ needs. Ability to recommend merchandise to customers. Ability to operate or to quickly learn the store’s point-of-sale system.
