**INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD AT THE RESTAURANT: 900 INTERSTATE DRIVE FINDLAY, OH 45840**

Overview:

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our team! As a Utility Worker, you will play an important role in supporting kitchen operations by assisting with kitchen setup, food preparation, cooking support, food presentation, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen. This position is essential to ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient environment while helping deliver an excellent dining experience for our guests.  

Responsibilities:

• Follow Food Service Safety & Sanitation Protocols across the Kitchen 
• Comply with Company Policies and Procedures

• Prepare and Cook Food to Order per the Specification 

• Assisting with washing, rinsing, drying, stacking, and put-away
• Follow Standard Recipes  
• Setup and Teardown of Food Preparation Workspace 
• Operate, Clean, Sanitize and Maintain Kitchen Equipment 
• Properly Store and Handle Food  
• Safe handling, use, and storage of dishwashing, sanitation, and cleaning chemicals

• Prepare and cook food to order per the specification
• Follow standard grill line recipes
• Operate grill and fryers; sautee, broil, and bake per cook instructions

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 16 Years old to apply  
• Strong attention to detail
• High standards of cleanliness
• Ability to lead and take direction
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs, and stand and walk for extended periods
• Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations preferred
• Team-oriented attitude
