At Right at Home Cleveland West, we are seeking a compassionate and caring **Personal Care Assistant** to join our team of dedicated caregivers. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their home setting. **Responsibilities:**
* Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to clients in their home setting
* Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship to enhance the quality of life for our clients
* Collaborate with other caregivers, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care and support
* Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and support

**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in the healthcare field preferred
* Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (as needed)
