To support pharmacy operations, the contract Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst will handle application build and maintenance, manage pharmacy-related incidents, and optimize workflows while working remotely in PST hours. Key responsibilities Support Epic Willow Inpatient application build and maintenance Handle pharmacy-related incidents, service requests, and escalations Participate in upgrades, enhancements, testing, and ongoing production support Required qualifications Active Epic Willow Inpatient Certification 3+ years of Willow build/support experience Strong pharmacy workflow knowledge Experience with order sets Strong communication skills
