Store Operations Lead — Assistant Manager

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Houma, LA. The role covers supervising daily store activities, optimizing performance, managing schedules, and developing actionable plans while identifying training opportunities to grow the team. Position is full-time with average 38 hours per week and starting wage of $24.50 per hour. Wage increases to $25.50 per hour in year 2.
