Job Description Pulm/Sleep Director of Respiratory Rehab needed in Minnesota Located in Fergus Falls, MNFull TimePermanentRESPIRATORY REHAB DIRECTORSHIP:Our independent, multi-specialty medical practice is seeking a full-time (.8-1.0 FTE) clinic based Pulmonologist to join an established pulmonology department as a sole specialistSleep medicine fellowship highly recommended/preferredFunction as the organizations Respiratory Rehabilitation directorProvide occasional support as a hospital consultantOpportunity to grow the practice with outreach opportunities to our critical access hospital, Prairie Ridge HealthcarePractice in a 6-year-old, $30 million dollar state of the art medical clinic Qualified candidates must be Board-certified or Board-eligible in Pulmonary medicine. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and the ability and desire to interact with medical center physicians, hospital administration, outpatient office physicians and staff, and respiratory therapy staff.Patient conditions and procedures:Full spectrum of patient conditions including: asthma management, cystic fibrosis, emphysema, COPD, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer, pulmonary hypertension, and sleep disordersRequired procedures: Bronchoscopy, Spirometry, Pulmonary Stress Tests, Sleep Studies, & Pulmonary Function TestsEMR Systems:Transitioning to EPIC in November of 2022Currently using Allscripts (outpatient EMR) & Paragon (inpatient EMR)Compensation:Salary is guaranteed for 2 years of employment after a new provider joinsAbility to earn above guaranteed salary if provider exceeds production hours workedBenefits:Annual CME reimbursement & paid professional dues and membershipsRelocation reimbursementSign on bonus with assistance in residency10% annual employer contributions into 401K plan; fully vested to the employee at the time the employee is eligible to participate in the planCash balance plan & profit sharing planHealth, dental, vision, long term and short term disability insurance; malpractice coverage with tail6 weeks paid time off while on salary guarantee
