Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a professional and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Port Jefferson, NY. This position is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Enter customer orders accurately into the system
• Provide excellent customer support and respond to inquiries
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Maintain organized records and assist with office operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or office experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
• Opportunity for wage increases based on product knowledge, performance, and system proficiency

Schedule :

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Includes a 1-hour lunch break
