Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - ABA Services

Join our Team at Champions ABA - MA!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA Services team in Methuen, Massachusetts. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

About the Role:

As a BCBA with Champions ABA - MA, you will be responsible for:

Conducting assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans for clients
Providing direct ABA therapy services to clients in their natural environments
Supervising and mentoring Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure client-centered care
Maintaining accurate records and attending-client therapy sessions

Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans to address client goals
Provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy sessions to clients
Train and supervise staff on ABA principles and strategies
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

Master's or doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Strong understanding of ABA principles, including reinforcement, extinction, and behavioral assessment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
