RN - Case Management

Case Manager RNLocation: AlaskaAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours (07:30 AM - 04:00 PM), with weekend coverage required every other weekend.Job Description: The Case Manager RN will be responsible for managing patient care through effective discharge planning and coordination.
