Overview

Seeking a reliable and hard-working Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of the factory floor. Your primary objective is to keep automated production lines, machinery, and plant infrastructure running efficiently to minimize manufacturing downtime .

Responsibilities

• Emergency & Reactive Repairs: Respond rapidly to assembly line breakdowns. Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic failures under strict time constraints to restore production.
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Execute scheduled inspections, alignment checks, and machinery tuning. “Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to extend equipment life and reduce unexpected failures.
• Tooling & Fabrication: When a replacement component is unavailable, mechanics frequently use machine shop equipment to weld, cut, or fabricate custom fixtures and structural parts.
• Support on-site Mechanical Engineer.

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined
• Some Electrical and Troubleshooting experience preferred but not necessary
• Ability to read, write and communicate orally
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
• Basic familiarity with manufacturing processes is preferred
• Understanding of safety standards in production environments and commitment to PPE use
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus but not required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
