City/State: Waynesboro, VA Work Shift: First (Days) Overview Sentara Waynesboro Internal Medicine and Primary Care is now hiring a Full-Time Patient Care Representative in the Waynesboro, VA area! Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, dayshift. Responsibilities As a Patient Care Representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for the registration process of new and current patients at the site. Primary responsibilities will focus on completing check‑in and check‑out functions to include collection of co‑pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. You will answer telephone calls and greet all patients and visitors with a smile.
