The position requires the person to:Communicate and work with customers and associates at all levelsLearn how to and then assist with reviewing and answering basic inquiries from customers.Learn how to and then make computer inquiries and entries relating to customer accountsLearn how to and then communicate with customers and others as needed to research problems and find solutionsLearn how to and then collect pertinent information from customers to handle inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.Prioritize and organize work to ensure it is completed in a timely manner.Document customer requests and Learn how to and then assist agents with basic tasks.Work with confidential and/or sensitive information, data, and matters in accordance with Company standards.Maintain punctual attendance according to an assigned work schedule at a Company approved work location.Assist with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere upon requestDesired Skills & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or its equivalent is requiredDirect insurance agency/company experience is a plusMust type a minimum of 40 words per minute with 85% accuracyFlexibility for occasional and/or seasonal overtimeExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to handle multiple assignmentsBenefitsAuto-Owners offers a wide range of career opportunities, and we are seeking talent that will help us continue our long tradition of success.
