Director of Financial Systems

As the Director of Financial Systems, the full-time position will focus on managing the Oracle Fusion Record to Report (R2R) platform, ensuring effective configuration and automation to support financial operations, while working in a hybrid model primarily based on the East Coast. Key responsibilities Own and optimize Oracle Fusion R2R platform configurations, including General Ledger and Close Manager, to enhance financial reporting and automation Partner with Finance stakeholders to streamline close cycles and improve task sequencing, visibility, and efficiency in financial processes Identify and implement automation opportunities across the R2R lifecycle, reducing manual intervention and enhancing overall system performance Required qualifications 8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion R2R modules, including hands-on configuration of General Ledger and Close Manager Demonstrated ability to translate accounting requirements into effective Oracle configurations as a technology advisor Proven track record of implementing automation solutions to eliminate manual processes Experience in directing technical teams and validating technical designs related to Oracle configurations Strong knowledge of ASC 830 and SOX ITGC requirements relevant to financial systems
