As a Terminal Operator, you'll work closely with operations teams, responsible for loading and unloading trucks, monitoring operational data during NGL transfers, and ensuring safety and compliance at all times. With a schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off, each 12-hour shift offers a balanced work-life dynamic in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated work ethic and dependability
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written procedures and interpret reports
• Basic understanding of NGL operations
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working at heights
• Capacity to react promptly to signals, alarms, and instructions

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in industrial or electrical environments
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment use
• Previous experience with NGL transfer operations
• Familiarity with working in temperature extremes and outdoor conditions

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in terminal operations, industrial maintenance, or related fields is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (4/4 schedule)
• Ability to work overtime and respond promptly to call-outs
• Must reside within or be willing to relocate to within 1 hour of the job site
• Ability to wear safety gear and emergency protective equipment
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and maneuver equipment and tools as needed
