Summary The Keyholder is a retail leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and acting as the link between management and the sales team. This role assists with daily store operations including opening and closing, cash handling, and merchandising while helping to build and maintain a clientele. The Keyholder supports team performance and helps ensure store standards are met. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in coordinating daily store operations and staff. Perform opening and closing procedures, check in merchandise, and prepare deposits as required. Supervise sales transactions and adhere to cash protection and POS procedures. Engage customers to promote and sell products, build relationships, and drive repeat business. Merchandise the sales floor, maintain a clientele book, and motivate sales associates to meet objectives. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role. Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform under pressure. Experience with POS systems, personal computers, and common software including MS Office.
