Medical Assistant needed in busy Anti-Aging Wellness Clinic (Scottsdale and Mesa)
Practice focuses on Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Weight Loss, and Anti-Aging/Regenerative Medicine.
Opportunity:
Medical Anti-Aging and Weight Loss Clinic seeks a dedicated, professional and enthusiastic Medical Assistant who is looking to build a career in the medical field.We offer competitive wages with additional bonuses.
Requirements:
- Phlebotomy Skills required
- Front office reception
- Medical assistant
- Customer service
Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word / Excel
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to demonstrate a high level knowledge of our services to current / prospective patients
- Internet savvy
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Venipuncture skills necessary
Attributes:
- Customer service driven
- Punctual, dependable and organized
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Must be a team player who enjoys working with customers and staff
- Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality
- Fast learner, follows instructions, enjoys learning
Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Greeting and signing in patients
- Scheduling patient appointments and follow-up visits
- Answering phones, checking and returning messages
- Check patients out and record sales transactions
- Order lab work and follow up on lab visits for patients
