Medical Assistant needed in busy Anti-Aging Wellness Clinic (Scottsdale and Mesa)
Practice focuses on Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Weight Loss, and Anti-Aging/Regenerative Medicine.

Opportunity:

Medical Anti-Aging and Weight Loss Clinic seeks a dedicated, professional and enthusiastic Medical Assistant who is looking to build a career in the medical field.We offer competitive wages with additional bonuses.

Requirements:

Phlebotomy Skills required
Front office reception
Medical assistant
Customer service

Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Word / Excel
Ability to multitask
Ability to demonstrate a high level knowledge of our services to current / prospective patients
Internet savvy

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Venipuncture skills necessary

Attributes:

Customer service driven
Punctual, dependable and organized
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Must be a team player who enjoys working with customers and staff
Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality
Fast learner, follows instructions, enjoys learning

Duties (include but are not limited to):

Greeting and signing in patients
Scheduling patient appointments and follow-up visits
Answering phones, checking and returning messages
Check patients out and record sales transactions
Order lab work and follow up on lab visits for patients
