Required Qualifications
Registered Respiratory Therapist, PICU Experience: 3 years Travel Experience: 1 assignment in Registered Respiratory Therapist RT-CO Certifications: RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); PALS-AHA(Copy needed); NRP-AHA(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed) AND Registered Respiratory Therapist, NICU Experience: 3 years Travel Experience: 1 assignment in Registered Respiratory Therapist Licenses: RT-CO Certifications: RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); PALS-AHA(Copy needed); NRP-AHA(Copy needed) Weekends: 13 weekend shifts out of 26 weekends (includes both Saturday & Sunday) Float: North or South Campus Holidays: Will be required to work 2 out of 3 major holidays if contract goes over all 3 holidays; otherwise will only be required to work 1 major holiday No Time Off Allowed: Blackout Dates: first 2 weeks of assignment, 10/11-10/17, 10/29-11/1, 11/23-11/29, 12/22-1/2/2027; will not approve more than 10days of RTO SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Travel Experience: Must have prior travel assignment experience
Education: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary
REQUIRED CLINICAL EXPERIENCE - MUST BE CLEARLY INDICATED IN WORK HISTORY FOR SUBMISSION:
• Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU
• Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU (Level 3 or 4)
• Minimum 1 years Pediatric ED
• Minimum 1 years Pediatric Level 1 Trauma
• Mininum 5 years of RRT experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years Pediatric ICU
• Minimum 4 years Neonatal ICU
