Certified Surgical Technician

Surgery Partners is seeking a Certified Surgical Technician to support safe, efficient procedures in our ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals. In this patient-focused role, you will prepare ORs and sterile fields, organize instruments and supplies, and anticipate surgeon needs throughout surgery. You will uphold strict aseptic technique, assist with patient positioning and prepping, and handle specimens accurately. Working closely with physicians and clinical teams, you’ll contribute to high-quality, cost-effective surgical care while developing your technical and leadership skills in a performance-driven, innovative environment.
