Safety and Occupational Health Manager

Job TitleDutiesProvide technical guidance relating to acceptable safety and environmental procedures for the cleanup of properties containing ordnance and explosives.Responsible for the review of program and project documents to assure compliance with legal, regulatory and programmatic guidance.Advise team members on quality and explosives safety hazards related to the inspection and evaluation of ordnance and associated facilities, conveyances, and environments.Provide advice to project teams in the application of Quality Assurance procedures.Provide technical expertise regarding the proper storage, maintenance, handling, inspection and transportation of military munitions.Identify the need for new or revised guidance based changes in the methods and procedures necessary during project execution.Plan, program, and develop schedules to accomplish requirements within budgeted constraints.Provide programmatic and technical support for the Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) mission.
