About the Position Talroois hiring a Marketing Specialist who will contribute directly to ouroverall successby owning awide rangeof marketingresponsibilities.The ideal candidate isproactive, resourceful,efficient,andeager to workwith a small and mighty team. This person is passionate about learning and growing their marketing skillsand playing a key role incutting-edgeinitiatives. They are inspired by a fast-paced environment andthe ability to work autonomously,as well as in groups, to exceed business goals. This position is fullyon-site at our Austin, TX headquarters. No employer sponsorship is available for this role at any time. Selected candidate must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without ever needing sponsorship of any kind. Expected salary range: $70k-$80k As our Marketing Specialist at Talroo, you will: Find creative ways to build Talroobrandsamong prospective customers.Manage Reviews on social sites such as G2.Respond to complaintsandsuggestions.Seekand promote online and offline opportunities to promote Talroo servicesacrossmultiple channels, such as podcasts, interviews, and speechengagementsetc, or throughcreativecompany events. Post regularly to company account throughHubspotCRM. Work with graphicdesignerfor proper image sizes, measure effectiveness of posts, andrespondto comments. AlsothroughHubspot,you’llcreate a monthly email newsletter for our audience,including recent blog posts, infographics, news stories, and more. Manageandoptimizepaid media campaigns in platforms such as LinkedIn, Google,and Meta,amongothers Supportthestrategy, execution, and management of integrated email marketing campaigns Managevariouswebinars, virtual conferences,in-person conferences, andsponsorships thatTalroois involved in.For in-person conferences, this role willhandle critical aspects such asresearching opportunities,reserving exhibit space, executing contracts, managing boothlogistics,maintaininga calendar of deadlines,creating any needed ads and signage,submittingspeaking proposals,and more. Maintain a calendar of business/industry/product awards and manage on-time submissions. Work cross-functionally within marketingandwithotherdepartments (sales, product,etc)toenhancethe entire customer journeyand ensure consistent messagingand brandidentity Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, follow through on issuesin a timely mannerwhileinterfacing withstaff at all levels of the organization, as well as clients and partners.
