Radiologists in this role would work with a team of 2-3 other Attending Radiologists and with 1-3 residents, depending on the shift. Inpatient coverage responsibilities would be based on current ED volumes and the candidate’s subspecialty experience. Salary expectations are $450,000-500,000 plus productivity incentives. Evening/Night Academic Radiologist (Not Overnight) The Position The Montefiore Department of Radiology is seeking multiple ABR‑Certified/Eligible Radiologists to staff a new evening/night shift to cover the growing Emergency Department volume. Candidates will work on a “one week on, one week off” schedule while working only one weekend every four weeks (equivalent to ten weekday shifts and two weekend shifts per month). The shift length is eight hours from 4 PM‑12 AM (or 5 PM‑1 AM) Eastern Standard Time and may be performed on‑site, hybrid, or remotely. The ideal candidate will have fellowship training or equivalent experience in Emergency Radiology, Neuroradiology, and/or Body Radiology. Current Fellows are welcome to apply. Coverage is primarily for the four Montefiore Emergency Departments (Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level II trauma centers).
