First Step Nursing and Therapy Services PLLC - Home Health Scheduler / Healthcare Recruiter First Steps Nursing and Therapy is hiring a Full-time Home Health Scheduler / Healthcare Recruiter to support our pediatric private duty nursing team. If you have experience scheduling nurses or recruiting in home health and can manage a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-call rotation required Responsibilities Coordinate schedules for LVNs and RNs Manage call-outs and fill open shifts quickly Ensure all patient cases are fully staffed Communicate with nurses daily regarding schedules Recruit and screen nurses LVNs and RNs Conduct phone interviews and follow up with candidates Maintain active candidate pipeline Assist with onboarding new hires Requirements 1+ year home health scheduling OR healthcare recruiting experience (REQUIRED) Experience working with LVNs and RNs preferred Strong communication and organization skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Computer proficiency required Why Work With Us Stable, full-time schedule Weekly pay Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth Make an impact in pediatric home health Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with matching Paid time off Bonus and commission pay Location: 8940 Fourwinds Dr #205 Windcrest, TX 78239 #J-18808-Ljbffr
