Johnson & Johnson seeks a Technical Product Owner for the Enterprise Supply Chain Business Technology group in Anasco, Puerto Rico. The role bridges manufacturing operations and technology to define product strategies, manage site-specific capabilities, and drive business value realization through technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, priorities, and OKRs aligned to manufacturing site strategy
- Establish and manage technology roadmaps balancing business value with technical feasibility
- Manage site financial budgets including 5-year, 3-year, and annual planning cycles
- Orchestrate product releases ensuring reliability, compliance, and cybersecurity standards
- Act as primary advisor to senior manufacturing and technology leadership on product development
Requirements
- Technical product management experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technology strategies
- Strong understanding of external IT capabilities and market trends
- Experience managing budgets, roadmaps, and cross-functional dependencies
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management practices
- Proficiency with agile methodologies and value realization metrics
- Experience in human-centered design and automation optimization
