W‑2 Employee – Part‑Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy and 3 administrative hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Remote Total Earning Potential: Up to $70,000+ annually Base salary: $45,000 for a part‑time schedule (20 hours/week). Earn $70 per clinical session beyond your base caseload for additional income.
