Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience
• OASIS experience

• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Territory: San Bernardino County
• EMR: HCHB

Hesperia offers access to both High Desert recreation and major Southern California destinations. Hesperia Lake Park is a local outdoor destination, and Mojave Narrows Regional Park in Victorville is about 20 minutes away for hiking, fishing, and camping.
