Field Marketing Manager

Field Marketing Manager —Tampa Bay & Atlanta, GA Our client is an award-winning craft whiskey brand rooted in the spirit of American craftsmanship. We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Field Marketing Manager to be the face of our brand in key markets — building trade relationships, driving consumer trial, and turning national strategy into local results. What You'll Do Plan and execute consumer events, tastings, sponsorships, and experiential activations across on- and off-premise accounts Partner with distributors and agency partners to identify high-opportunity accounts and execute joint business plans Train distributor reps, bar staff, and retail teams on brand story, liquid quality, and key selling points Track activation performance, manage field marketing budget, and report ROI to leadership Collaborate with brand, PR, and digital teams to amplify local activations What You Bring 5+ years in field marketing, brand marketing, or sales within spirits, beer, or beverage alcohol Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for American whiskey (bourbon, Tennessee, rye) Proven ability to execute consumer and trade events that drive measurable results Strong distributor and trade relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role Willingness to travel 60–70%, including evenings and weekends Must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation Preferred Experience with premium/craft spirits brands and distributor networks Existing on-premise whiskey community relationships Wine and/or spirits education credential What We Offer Competitive base salary, performance bonus, and full benefits Car allowance and expense reimbursement Real career growth in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial company where field insight drives decisions #J-18808-Ljbffr ZRG Careers
