Shift: 7-4, 7:30-4:30, or 8-5

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

• Previous call center experience required
• Experience scheduling patients for medical appointments required
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency required
• Experience with eClinicalWorks preferred
• Experience using other Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred
• Fluent Spanish and/or Marshallese language skills strongly preferred

• Answer incoming calls in a fast-paced call center environment
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments using the eClinicalWorks EHR system
• Route calls to the appropriate departments and providers
• Provide professional customer service to patients and callers
• Accurately enter and update patient information

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
