Financial Analyst

Responsibilities Prepare and deliver financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including expense and revenue projections Partner with business units to gather inputs and develop financial plans Perform variance analysis comparing actuals to budget and forecast Assist with financial close processes and reporting requirements Support preparation of management presentations and reporting materials Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies Assist with cost allocations and expense tracking Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and planning Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiencies Perform other ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Strong proficiency in Excel and financial systems Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
