We’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support logistics and operations-focused projects by keeping tasks organized, timelines visible, and stakeholders informed. This role is essential to ensuring projects move forward smoothly in a fast-paced environment. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the projects, sales, customer service, and operation steams to track task progress, surface risks, and provide clear, timely updates across multiple concurrent projects. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, understanding of operational and technical processes, and a proactive mindset.

KEY RESULT AREA

• Support projects from planning through execution and closeout.
• Understand and follow project methodology.
• Track task ownership, due dates, dependencies, and completion status across teams.
• Proactively follow up on open action items and help to resolve blocking issues quickly and effectively.
• Provide clear, concise project status updates to the project team and stakeholders (timelines, risks, next steps).
• Facilitate the onboarding of new customers by coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking onboarding milestones, and ensuring operational readiness across systems, inventory, and processes.
• Document project requirements, changes, and decisions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and ensure follow-through on tasks.
• Escalate risks and delays early.
• Ensure projects follow established processes, templates, and operational standards.
• Travel as necessary to promote project success.

SKILLS

• Comfortability in logistics and operations environments.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Proactive issue identification and escalation.
• Familiarity with project management and reporting tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, Asana).
• Ability to prioritize work in fast-paced operational settings.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• A full internship program in related field is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
